Kumud Mishra as Billimoria, the journalist has the best fun scenes and is great in his act. Sachin Khedekar as Public Prosecutor Khangani is super fun and very convincing in his act. The veteran actor has the best dialogues and his performance and contribution to the filmвЂ™s fun part is commendable. Also it is so amazing to see the supporting cast act so brilliantly so as to overshadow everything negative in the film.ДЄnd we will start with them only. But itвЂ™s the second half that put all doubts to end and makes one forget the movieвЂ™s flaws. With all these flaws, one gets worried with the choice of subject of the film. The narration was crisp but it needed to be sharp. With the predictability and a single matter on which the whole film was based, the pace needed to be fast. It was basically the slow pace that made some scenes look irrelevant, made the film seem uneventful. The pace was slow, the first half was very dull and it was near interval that the film gathered some of our attention. Otherwise the film was definitely flawed.

Its predictable yet interesting, isnвЂ™t a whodunit but still thrilling, but this is true only when take the filmвЂ™s general outcome. It has taken just the relevant reality and mixed it with apt fiction to make the whole film seem real and believable. Nanavati and his court case, this isnвЂ™t the first account of the case, two films and a book amongst others have utilized the subject.Д«ut Rustom is fictionalized reality and thatвЂ™s the beauty of the film somewhere. This makes us really wonder about the success formula to movies which is a big debate but for now we think itвЂ™s the content.Д«ased on the real life incident of Naval Officer K.M. Honestly it is a surprise to see the difference in the directorвЂ™s movie, the first being so unintelligible and Rustom completely otherwise.
